After over a year of on-and-off recording sessions, album name changes, questionable fashion choices, and even more questionable Tweets, Kanye West is set to unveil his seventh album, The Life Of Pablo, today during the debut of his Yeezy Season 3 fashion line at Madison Square Garden. Even if you're not attending it live or watching it from a movie theater, you can still hear the album, watch the launch, and enjoy a performance from conceptual artist Vanessa Beecroft, from the comfort of your computer screen—Tidal will livestream the event starting at 4 p.m. today, and you can watch it below.

Everything about the album has been in flux since West ramped up his work in the last month to finish the album by today's arbitrary deadline. The title was initially announced on March 1st, 2015 as So Help Me God, then switched in May 2015 to SWISH. It remained that until mid-January, when it was suddenly renamed WAVES, and it was subsequently retitled The Life Of Pablo this week. Over the course of the last two weeks, the tracklist went from this:

Three songs appear to have been dropped altogether, including the now-former title track "Waves" (which was rumored to have featured Chris Brown), "30 Hours," and "No More Parties In L.A.," West's first (awesome) collaboration with Kendrick Lamar. That doesn't even take into account his batch of 2015 singles—"All Day," "Only One," "FourFive Seconds"—which are also nowhere to be found (the less said about "Facts," the better).

It seems especially ironic he left "No More Parties" off since it gives the strongest indication that the album title is a reference to Pablo Picasso. In that song, he raps, "I feel like Pablo when I'm working on my shoes/ I feel like Pablo when I see me on the news." On March 2nd, 2015, West gave a lecture at the University of Oxford in England, in which he moved the goal lines even further for his aspirations: "My goal, if I was going to do art, fine art, would have been to become Picasso or greater."
