The iconic, wedge-shaped cigar store on the corner of Seventh Avenue South and Christopher Street in the West Village is on the market.

The Hess family refused to donate their tiny lot of land to the city, to this day their message is embedded in the sidewalk at the corner of Christopher Street and 7th Avenue.
