State health guidelines say any patient who arrives at a hospital with their own ventilator risks having it taken away for another person during a pandemic. A lawsuit wants to change that.

Doctors are using one ventilator for two patients, or using machines usually used for people with sleep apnea. Officials are even considering the use of ventilators reserved for animals.

Trump also claimed, without evidence, "we can socially distance ourselves and go to work," and that "you're going to have suicides by the thousands" if the shutdown continues.

"I asked her, 'Are you doing this to make peace with your parents?' and her clear-as-a-bell answer was: 'I am doing this to make peace with God,'" her attorney said.

A 49-year-old woman had a do no resuscitate order.
