Tractor trailer
A tractor trailer came loose from its cab and smashed into the 23rd Street station entrance at 6th Avenue on Monday morning.
The fall happened just after 12:00 p.m., near 128th Street and Fifth Avenue in East Harlem.
There are 115-minute delays on the upper level of the George Washington Bridge.
In one crash, police say a man tried to run across the Long Island Expressway.
The tractor-trailer caught fire and was dragged down the tracks.
Morgan also suffered a broken leg, nose and ribs in the crash.
Wal-Mart says Morgan should have been buckled up.
It happened just north of the Vince Lombardi service area.
The comedian's condition has been upgraded from "critical" to "fair."
The NTSB is also investigating.
The eastbound lanes were shut down.
The driver was arrested.
