A cyclist says she was assaulted in Midtown South this week by two men who tackled her off of her bike and punched her multiple times.

The suspect apparently followed her into the bathroom.

"It's incredibly insulting to the lives and legacies of those people who were killed on their bikes."

Twice in the span of a week, someone has gotten on the NYPD radio frequency and threatened to "put a bullet in the head" of a Midtown South captain.

Police are investigating a jailed witness as a possible accomplice.

"The NYPD is wasting time writing garbage summonses, all of which should be dismissed, when there's important work to do to make our streets safe."

An 18-year-old woman was found dead in a room at the Bryant Park Hotel this afternoon.
