University of Florida law school graduate Jason Bohn, 35, was found guilty of brutally murdering girlfriend Danielle Thomas in their Astoria apartment in June 2012.

Danielle Thomas called the NYPD an hour before she was murdered.

Jason Bohn allegedly brutally beat 27-year-old girlfriend Danielle Thomas on June 27th of last year, leaving her to die in a bathtub filled with ice.

"In short, I was heavily intoxicated, under a great deal of stress, and completely blacked out. I woke up the next morning in complete shock."

The lawyer accused of beating and murdering his girlfriend in Astoria last month was finally indicted on Thursday in Queens Supreme Court, and could be sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Police say that they have recovered two handwritten notes at Bohn's apartment in which he allegedly confesses to the murder: "“It was an accident, it was an accident, it was an accident," one started.

It's believed that Jason Bohn kept his girlfriend's dead body on ice for days before police discovered it.

The suspect allegedly called police, telling them to check on her.

Bohn allegedly yelled on the phone, "It’s war! I’ll dedicate my life to hunting you down like a dog in the streets. I am going to make your life impossible."
