Fetty Wap was arrested at CitiField on Thursday, before he was scheduled to perform at a festival

Wap has been cited for driving without a license, not having insurance and failing to produce a vehicle registration card.

Wap was on his motorcycle when he reportedly "tried passing one vehicle" and collided with a truck.
