After deliberating for nine days, a jury has found Pedro Hernandez guilty for the murder of Etan Patz.

The new trial's jury selection will begin in December.

But another juror said that the holdout turned into a bully at times.

The boy's body was never found.

It's now up to DA Cy Vance to decide whether to pursue another trial.

"We the jury, after 10 days of deliberations, want to let the court know that we are unable to reach a unanimous decision," the note read.

A photographer just recently rediscovered this candid shot of Patz being pushed in a stroller.

A judge ruled today that the confession of a man who admitted to murdering Etan Patz can be used in a trial.

"This is not a case of not guilty by insanity,” says the lawyer representing the man accused of kidnapping and murdering Etan Patz in 1979.

Now it's up to the Manhattan DA's office to prove the case.

When asked, "Did you kill Etan Patz?" the suspect said, "Does your mother know you're here?"
