Officers caught up to him in East Brunswick.
Clara Somodi, who was arrested at around 1 a.m. today, has since been charged with rape, criminal sex and endangering the welfare of a child.
He'll also have to register as a sex offender.
Apparently the teacher had previously taught the victim in elementary school.
Another of the arrestees is a Tier 2 sex offender who had previously assaulted girls under 13.
Scholarships are also restricted and the school will be on five-year probation.
