Body painter Andy Golub has been decorating topless women around NYC for years while on some sort of quest to make every woman feel like a Thundercats Easter Egg.

There's one rule to getting away with nude painting publicly—always keep your G-string on. And yesterday, a nude model/canvas was arrested in Times Square for that offense.

Nothing draws a crowd like a topless woman getting her body painted in the most heavily-trafficked area of the city.
