Alain E. Kaloyeros funneled hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars into contracts with companies that donated to Cuomo's campaign.

Both Joseph Percoco and Alain E. Kaloyeros were charged with corruption in connection to state contracts for companies that donated to the Cuomo campaign.

He allegedly rigged bids left and right, then funneled state money back in his direction.

Inspired by Tony Soprano, Cuomo's friend Joe Percoco would allegedly refer to money as "ziti."

He took home $1 million in public money last year, and is being investigated for corruption.
