The artist's latest art project is a three-piece installation inside the new 42nd Street Shuttle connector.

The victim, while bleeding, tried to follow his attacker out of the station.

"It was kind of a face punch of sorts, but with a candy bar."

The victim was taken to the hospital in likely to die condition.
