A Staten Island woman was ejected from a minivan and killed after a car crash on Saturday. Police say 21-year-old Nadwa Fayad was thrown from her seat when the minivan was T-boned by a BMW at Hylan Boulevard, and then crushed to death when the minivan tipped on its side. The four other minivan passengers suffered minor injuries, but the BMW driver emerged unscathed. The driver remained on the scene, and was not charged. They almost never are.
