A woman is suing her investment banker husband, alleging assault and battery, emotional distress and false imprisonment that apparently started well before they married. In court papers filed yesterday, Miryam Allam claims husband Jason Meyers, founder of Aspatuck Holdings, repeatedly hit her and forced her to perform sexual acts "she did not want to do."

The Daily News reports that their relationship started like a fairytale, with Meyers flying Allam from Europe to New York for romantic dinners and getaways. But after a few months things turned sour. Meyer allegedly began to hit her and insist Allam call him "the most powerful man in the world," and if she refused would call her a "bitch" and ejaculate on her face. Allam also claims he forbade her to call her friends and mother, and put her on a daily allowance. The Post says Meyer admitted "that seeing her upset turned him on," but they were married in October after Allam became pregnant in June.

Two weeks after their wedding, Meyers was arrested on charges that he allegedly beat Allam and dragged her through a broken window at their country house in Huntington, L.I. Surprisingly, it was Meyers who served the divorce papers the next day that accused her of "being a prostitute." The divorce papers were notarized by Jason's ex-wife, Natasha Meyers, a divorce lawyer. Meyers has also apparently been trying to get Allam, a French native, kicked out of the country to keep her from testifying.
