An NYPD spokesperson told Gothamist that shortly before 11 a.m. this morning, police responded to a report of assault at Grand Central. When officers arrived on the scene, the spokesperson said they found a 31-year-old woman who had been cut in the face with an unknown object by a female attacker on a northbound 5 train.
