Anybody who hasn't been helped out of the snow by either the city or Tony Soprano at this point is understandably cranky about life by now. So if two friendly teenagers helped shovel your driveway, wouldn't you be compelled to get them drunk in return? White Plains police have charged 41-year-old Silvia Deleon with doing just that. She allegedly drank two bottles of rum with the 17 and 18 year old teens on Monday.

Police say that she shared the first bottle before they shoveled her car out, then drove them to a liquor store to buy another bottle for the trio to drink together. Parents were tipped off to the shenanigans when the boys came home in a “highly intoxicated state,” looking like they had just scored with Tiffani Amber Thiessen.
