The police are looking for two men who allegedly robbed a woman of her cash-filled backpack on East 10th Street last week.

According to the NYPD, on Monday, November 17th, at 10:15 am., a 21-year-old woman was in front of 208 East 10th Street when two men approached her. They grabbed her backpack, police say, "which held $2000 in cash. Upon the victim resisting the suspects, the suspects sprayed the victim in the face with an unknown substance and fled with the knapsack and cash."

The victim was not hospitalized. Police released an image of the suspects, describing one as being in 20-30 years old, with a close cut beard and about 200 pounds, last seen wearing a black puffy jacket, and blue jeans, and the other as also being 20-30 years old, 6' tall and a close cut beard, but with a thin build and last seen wearing a black jacket, hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
