According to the NYPD, two suspects approached the 35-year-old female victim just before 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 22nd, on a south-bound 7 train. The suspects grabbed the woman's Galaxy S6 cellphone out of her hand, and ran out of the train car.

The victim gave chase, managed to catch up, and, according to police, "grabbed on to them." The suspects proceeded to push the woman down the steps, and were captured on video surveillance running out of the station. The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital and treated for an injury to her elbow.
