24-year-old Lily Shang is in the midst of a heated divorce from investment banker David Rucker, and it looks like things could even hotter. Shang has filed a motion asking a judge to stop Rucker from releasing sex tapes the couple made in their swank Battery Park City apartment. According to Shang, Rucker is threatening to post the videos on the Internet if she doesn't agree to a lowball settlement. She says he's promised to edit himself out so that it's just Shang, which works for us.

The couple, who married in Toronto last year, reportedly made two sex videos together. But Rucker, 26, tells the Daily News he has no idea what happened to the videos, and he claims posting them on the Web "would damage me, since I actually have a career. It's almost comical. She's just trying to make me look bad... I don't even know what's still on my hard drive." Home-made sex tapes sure are hard to keep track of.

Shang's court filing argues that Shang "is a co-owner of the copyrights of the videos as a joint author under federal and state copyright laws," and that Rucker doesn't have the required written authorization to release it. But according to a copy of the lawsuit obtained by the Post, Rucker "also plans on making [the sex tape] into a one-woman show." Which means these sex videos are so wild Rucker might as well not even have been there! We can certainly relate to that experience, but will a reenactment of empty sex get butts in seats?
