The NYPD is searching for a gunman who uses a wheelchair in connection with a fatal shooting in the Bronx early yesterday morning. According to police, 28-year-old Kevin Thomas was found with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso just before 2 a.m. Sunday outside of the Mott haven Houses at 350 East 143rd Street.
