The NYPD is searching for three suspects after a 63-year-old porn shop worker was slashed in his left side during a robbery early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred around 4:40 a.m. on February 12th; according to the NYPD, the "male employee was inside 515 Avenue of Americas (Xcellent DVD store), when three unidentified individuals entered and one of the males stabbed the victim in his left side before removing the cash register containing an undetermined amount of cash."

The suspects fled west on West 13th Street; the Post reports, "Police later located the drawer from the cash register lying among a pile of trash on West 13th Street, police sources said."

The victim was treated at Bellevue Hospital. Authorities released surveillance images of the three suspects as well as video footage.

The first suspect is described as being about 5'8" tall and 160 pounds and last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and a surgical mask; the second suspect is described as approximately 6'0" tall and 170 pounds, last seen wearing a camouflage jacket; and the third is described as wearing a red and black flannel jacket.
