Police are looking for a man who robbed a woman after spraying something into her face in Manhattan earlier this week.

The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15th, near Horatio Street and Greenwich Street in the West Village. The NYPD says that the man approached a 33-year-old woman and "sprayed an unknown substance in her face." Then he snatched her purse and fled towards Jane Street.

The victim was taken to Lenox Hill Hospital for treatment.

Authorities released surveillance video of the suspect, who is described as about 230 pounds and 5'9" tall, and was last seen wearing a black jacket and blue jeans, running down a street:
