Village nightclub Webster Hall was evacuated Saturday night, after worries that the structure would collapse, but building officials are saying it's safe to go back. Newsday's account of what happened:
New Found Glory
Revelers on the first floor of Webster Hall became alarmed about 9 p.m. after witnesses said the ceiling began to buckle. People on the second floor were jumping up and down and moving to the music of rock band New Found Glory.
? Are you kidding us? Though Webster Hall has been cited before, the city buildings' departments says that WH hasn't done anything wrong, except picking crappy musicians that bring in bridge and tunnel teens.
