60 firefighters were called to battle this fire on a DUMBO terrace yesterday afternoon, which sources say was caused by tenants who left a charcoal grill unattended. The building, located at 50 Bridge Street, did not sustain any significant structural damage, thanks to the work of quick-acting firefighters, who brought the blaze under control within 90 minutes. Here's video of the fire:

The FDNY tells us there were no injuries, and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
According to Streeteasy
, the building is owned by the real estate company controlled by Joshua Guttman, a local developer who has seen numerous fires at his properties over the years, including the massive Greenpoint Terminal Fire in 2006.
