Dirt bikes and ATVs are illegal on the streets of NYC, and it goes without saying that running red lights and driving in the opposite lane against traffic... that ain't legal, either. Yet the NYPD seems to have a hard time doing anything about this noisy, reckless scourge (and when they do, things tend to go very wrong). Here's a video taken recently from 96th Street, showing a seemingly endless river of dirt bike and ATV scofflaws treating the streets like their playground.
