A curious (or more likely, absolutely confused) squirrel interrupted the tennis match between Sabine Lisicki and Vera Dushevina at day 1 of the 2013 U.S. Open this week. Was this the same squirrel who interrupted the Open last year? Or was this the ghost of that squirrel, back to haunt all the polo shirt-wearing gawkers who desecrated his gravesite?
Lisicki went on to win the match 6-2, 7-6, while the squirrel went on to go find and bury some nuts, because that's just about the extent of what squirrels do with their lives. Or maybe the squirrel went to bother some other sporting events. Squirrels have been known to cause havoc throughout all of hot tub history.
