Yesterday's great deluge caused numerous accidents in NYC and the surrounding area, with black ice conditions making many streets extremely treacherous. Here we have video of a particularly slippery hill in Yonkers, where a helpless motorist slid aaaaaaaall the way down to a higher insurance premium.

As you can see from those pedestrians struggling like inebriates in the depths of a depraved ether binge, the sidewalk wasn't any better. And here's the frozen scene from a little further upstate, where some residents decided that butt-sliding was the best option.
