Police are looking for the driver of a blue-with-wood paneling station wagon who was going north in a southbound I-95 lane near Philadelphia. A driver in the northbound lane took cell phone video of the incident and shared it with WABC 7; Tim Flemming said, "It was crazy, man, I thought I was going to see people die, I seriously thought I was going to see people die."

Luckily, no one did die, but other cars collided with each other to avoid the wrong-way driving. Flemming added, "I saw cars swerving around her, she wouldn't stop. And I yelled at her again. I waved my arm at her again. She waved at me, leave me alone." The driver, who has been described as an older woman, also clipped a guard rail but kept going.
