A 17-year-old boy was killed during a drive-by shooting in the Bronx on Wednesday and now the police have released surveillance footage of violence, in hopes the public can help identify a suspect.

The shooting took place on August 17 at around 9:19 p.m. The NYPD says officers responded to a 911 call around 9:19 p.m. about two people shot in front of 1375 College Avenue: "Upon arrival officers discovered a 17-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the chest and a 21-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the stomach." The teen, Dontay Gordon, died at Lincoln Hospital while the 21-year-old was critically injured.

Police say that a late model Lincoln Town car drove past the group on the street and opened fired and distributed this video:
