Police say that a man suspected of brutally beating and raping a woman in a Manhattan massage salon this summer has struck again. The suspect entered a Flushing massage salon on Wednesday October 17th at 11 p.m., and sexually assaulted a 55-year-old woman. You can see surveillance video of the suspect climbing the stairs to the salon in a fedora below.
On August 17th, the same suspect entered Body Work, a massage business at 85 Washington Place, posing as a customer. He then beat a 41-year-old woman on the face and body until she went unconscious, sexually assaulted her, and stole an iPad as well as $200 cash.
The suspect is described as a black male, 30-40s, approximately 5'8", with a medium to heavy build. Anyone with information in regard to these incidents is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
