Hey, technology thieves are not only interested in Apple products: Police say a man stole a Samsung Galaxy from a subway passenger last week and released a video of the suspect running down the street.
According to the NYPD, on Tuesday, November 27, a 49-year-old man was on a southbound 2 train when it was pulling into at the 233rd Street and White Plains Road stop in the Bronx. The suspect grabbed his smartphone fled into the station.
Police describe the suspect as being a black male, 15-20 years old, about 5'5"-5'7" with a medium build. Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
