Police have not located the driver of the 2014 BMW who killed a cyclist and injured two others in Bushwick yesterday morning. After fatally striking 46-year-old Queens resident Angel Torres as he rode his bike on Broadway near Halsey, the driver struck a parked car then turned the wrong way down Thomas Boyland Street. Video obtained by ABC shows him speeding down Thomas Boyland and striking an SUV as it was pulling out of a driveway near Chauncey Street.

The two occupants of the SUV, a father who was taking his daughter to school, were transported to Woodhull Hospital with minor injuries. Surveillance video shows the suspect running away from the battered BMW on foot, then returning to retrieve something from the trunk, then fleeing the scene a second time.

An NYPD spokesman had no additional information on the suspect or the registration of the BMW. Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or submit a tip via their website, or text a tip to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577. All calls are confidential.
