A well-respected urologist at Mount Sinai Medical Center was arrested in Union Square during yesterday's evening rush hour after a transit police officer allegedly observed him taking upskirt video. Adam W. Levinson, who serves as an Assistant Professor in the Division of Robotics and Minimally Invasive Surgery, was riding a crowded downtown 4 train while allegedly holding a newspaper with a pen clipped to it under a woman's skirt. But the pen was actually a video camera! And men are actually disgusting!

The cop seized the device and, according to the criminal complaint obtained by the NY Times, found "numerous clips in which the defendant recorded underneath said female’s skirt." Levinson was charged with unlawful surveillance in the second degree, a felony carrying a sentence of up to four years. His attorney, Eugene Nathanson, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
