The election is over and the wrong person won, but the voices of the oppressed, the disenfranchised, the horrified and the devastated will not be silenced. There are pro-women, pro-immigrant, and pro-humanity groups you can donate to now. And you can join your fellow New Yorkers in the streets of Manhattan tonight to give Donald Trump, and people who ascribe to his hate-and-fear driven worldview, a piece of your mind.

The protest is planned to start at 6 p.m. at Union Square. The assembled will then march to Trump Tower (725 5th Avenue) at 8 p.m.

Check for updates on this march here. And we'll update this post as we learn about any other protests or gatherings planned for tonight. (Send any tips here.)

Update: There is also a protest organized by anti-war group The ANSWER Coalition scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m. at Columbus Circle (that will possibly merge with the other one). It's happening at Central Park West & 59th at the southwest entrance to the park, by the USS Maine Monument. Check out more info on that here.
