Two people were reportedly stabbed at a New Jersey home owned by Wu-Tang Clan co-founder RZA yesterday.
According to the NJ Advance, the incident happened around 1:20 a.m. Saturday morning at the Deer Trail Drive home in Millstone, NJ owned by RZA, aka Robert Fitzgerald Diggs. The two men were taken in serious condition to Jersey Shore University Medical Center. It's unclear whether RZA was home at the time, but the hospital confirmed it "did not have a patient named Robert Diggs there on Saturday."
No other details are known about the stabbing yet, but we'll update as we learn more.
This incident comes a week after documents were released which revealed that the FBI had investigated RZA and fellow Wu-Tang member Raekwon in connection with the murder of two Staten Island drug dealers in 1999.
"These reports seem to suggest someone else was liable for those murders. I'm not suggesting that Wu-Tang committed these crimes. The FBI did," Michael Gold, lawyer for one of the men convicted of arranging the murders, told SI Advance. "What I'm trying to ascertain is their stated belief in an official file that Wu-Tang ordered this homicide."
