An early morning two-alarm fire in a Brooklyn home has left two dead and three injured. The fire broke out at 852 East 15th Street, and emergency responders were at the scene at approximately 3:30 a.m. But the fire grew to a second alarm within 10 minutes.

EMS subsequently found an unconscious 91-year-old woman, who was pronounced dead at the scene. A 61-year-old man was taken to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. Three others were treated for injuries. Firefighters extinguished the fire after an hour.
