A double-decker tour bus rammed into some scaffolding in lower Manhattan during rush hour yesterday, leaving one person with minor injuries.

The Gray Line bus parted ways with the macadam at Liberty and Broadway around 6:30 p.m., hopping the curb and plowing into some sidewalk scaffolding. Though the scaffolding itself was bent, the adjacent building suffered no structural damage, an FDNY spokesperson said.

According to CBS New York, one person was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital with minor injuries. No arrests were made.
