Two toddlers died early this morning after apparently suffering separate asthma attacks in their Bronx home, according to police.
Olivia Gee, 2, and Micha Gee, 3, were in their family's home at Van Cortlandt Park South near Gouverneur Avenue at around 1:20 a.m. this morning when their mother's boyfriend heard them wheezing and gasping for breath. He and their mother called 911, and the toddlers were transported to Montefiore Medical Center. They were both pronounced dead within the hour.
Cops told the Daily News that the children did not exhibit signs of trauma, but both suffered from asthma.
Police say the investigation is ongoing
