Hong Kong's security chief Regina Ip steps down after all protests about her approaches to tightening securities and clamping down on civil liberties (if they even have them in Hong Kong), but Gothamist is more mesmerized by her hair. Is it just us or doesn't it seem like Ip is taking tips from Roseanne Roseannadanna and Alice from Dilbert?
