Around 12:30 a.m., two people on one motorcycle
"smashed into a wall on the FDR near Broad Street in Manhattan," killing both of them. Then, "10 minutes later, a man crashed his cycle on the Van Wyck Expressway near the Nassau Expressway in Queens. The victim's leg was severed and was rushed to Jamaica Hospital."
