Long Island doctor Azad Anand is suing friend Anoop Kapoor, also a doctor, for forgetting to yell out "Fore!" before taking a swing. The resultant shot slammed into the side of Anand's head, and left him permanently blind in his left eye. The incident happened in 2002, but the case has just reached the top appeals court in Albany. Anand's lawyer Steven Cohn said, "His whole profession as a radiologist was reading film. Losing his eyesight makes that difficult." A mid-level court said Kapoor had no duty to yell "Fore!," and Kapoor claims that Anand had fair warning, though he didn't say what he yelled. "Golf Ball Flying At Your Face"?
