2005-09radar.jpgClouds, clouds you disappoint us so. You promise rain but never deliver. How can we trust you, clouds? You say there's a 90% chance of rain tonight. Why should we believe this time will be any different? Rita, you say? Rita will give you that extra oomph to give us some wind and rain tonight. We'll see, clouds, we'll see.

After our rain tonight, if it does rain, tomorrow and Wednesday are looking much like this past weekend –mostly sunny with highs in the 70s. It has been more than a month since our daily average temperature has been below normal. We are going to come close to having the warmest September ever. Like this baseball season, the record may come down to the final day of the month. The Weather Service expects a very cool Friday, highs only around 60, while weather.com says it will be much warmer.
