If the Giants win this weekend, they will effectively put an end to Philadelphia's playoff chances. In addition, they would give themselves some breathing room from a tough schedule that has them facing a road game in New Orleans followed by a home date against Green Bay. Finally, a win would help to exorcise the demons of last season's epic home meltdown against Philly—so there is a lot riding on tonight's contest.

Injuries will play a big part in this game. Philadelphia is expected to be without both Michael Vick and Jeremy Maclin, two key pieces of their offense. The Giants are expected to be without Michael Boley, their defensive play caller, and possibly Justin Tuck. Ahmad Bradshaw has already been ruled out.

Eli Manning is playing the best football of his career currently, and the defense has gotten better in recent weeks. Losing Boley will be a big blow, but the Giants catch a huge break not having to face Michael Vick this week. Put it all together and Big Blue comes out with a win to improve to 7-3.
