In addition, City Hall announced today that all flags on city buildings will fly at half-mast in honor of the victims of the terrorist attacks abroad—after dark, City Hall's clocktower will be lit in blue, white and red, which are the colors of the French flag, as well.
Buildings all around the world have been lit with France's colors following yesterday's massacre, including the spire at 1 World Trade Center, the Sydney Opera House, the CN Tower in Toronto, and Trafalgar Square in London.
