Fox 5 reports that two boys got into a fight outside a school on Long Island! And a classmate videotaped it! Dog Bites Man, right? But the twist here is that school administrators are not only punishing the fighters and the kid who videotaped it, but they're also going after all the students who watched without intervening. And rightfully so; the fisticuffs get pretty vicious at times, and you can hear one bystander wonder why nobody's intervening. And then everyone laughs. On the plus side, at least nobody died, like when those New Jersey teens videotaped their fatal beating of a restaurant worker as he sat on a park bench.
