And there is clothing and shoes for under $110, so head to Century 21, Forever 21, and H&M. What's also interesting is that the exemption counts for "footwear, fabric, thread, yarn, zippers, uniforms and diapers," too, so maybe you can get started on your knit holiday gifts.

And on September 6, the sales tax for clothing and shoes under $110 will go from 8.375% to 4.375%, thanks to some wrangling between city and state politicians.
