Anyone watch Parker Spitzer last night? No? We can't blame you, but if you did you did you would have seen actor Alec Baldwin once again discussing running for office. And at one point, Spitzer accuses him of sounding "like Sarah Palin." Well, they are both TV stars!

Baldwin said, "I do believe that people want to believe that someone who deeply cares about the middle class, for whatever reason... would like to seek public office," and said that he's not trying to sound "anti-elitist," but most people currently in office just aren't cutting it. "We've had men who are Ivy League-groomed running this country since 1988. We've had 22 years of Yale and Harvard running this country right now, and the problems aren't getting solved." Does that mean he wouldn't vote for Jack Donaghy? Just for the record, Baldwin attended George Washington University and had aspirations for law school before enrolling in NYU's drama program.

However, it's still just speculation. He did admit, "Sometimes I don't want to do it, because to leave what I'm doing now would be extremely painful." But you wouldn't have to stop, Baldwin! Just promise the voters you'll plow the streets and you could do whatever you wanted.
