A short school bus overturned after colliding with a car in Brooklyn. The corner where the accident occurred, 71st Street and Narrows Avenue, was called unsafe by one witness whose lives at the intersection.
Susan Pillar told the Post, "At night it's like a drag strip. one the Narrows, they drive like, 50, 60 miles per hour. Something's got to be done." While the Department of Transportation has studied the intersection after community concerns, there's not enough traffic for a traffic light, according to the Post.
Five students, the bus driver, and the other car's driver were treated for minor injuries.
