Angelina Pivarnick, the self-described "Kim Kardashian of Staten Island," always seemed like such a straight shooter on the Jersey Shore, which is why we were shocked to hear that mall security guards apparently refused to help her when someone punched her in the back of the head at a Staten Island Hot Topic yesterday. Her mother told Radar, "The security guards did nothing to help them and told her, 'This is a publicity stunt, we have no time for this.'" Give the girl a break—nobody wants to be her for Halloween.
