Police are seeking a wily whizzer in the West Village. A young Hispanic man, between 20 and 25, is wanted by the police for not only making water on the wheel of a car on Christopher Street but for then successfully avoiding arrest when he was caught yellow-handed.

Around 4:45 a.m. the man in question—described as being thin, about 5'8", with a goatee—was caught on camera loosening his belt in front of a car. He was quickly approached by two plainclothes cops who then tried to put him up against the car to frisk him. Instead the urinator made a run for it. The officers pursued and apparently wrested him to the ground, but the tinkling terror wriggled free and successfully fled up Hudson Street. Cops hope that anyone with any more information about this elusive piddler will call Crimestopers at 1-800-577-TIPS.

We guess the cops really are getting serious about the increased troubles on Christopher Street if they're going all "broken windows" on a small-bladdered man.
